This site provides official information about the Miko Culture Ambassador program while clearly distinguishing confirmed information from current plans.
These terms apply to use of this website operated by the Japan Cultural Heritage Association.
Dates, eligibility, and activity details that are not final are marked as planned. Material changes will be posted on the News page.
Illegal activity, unauthorized access, disruption, rights infringement, false submissions, or misleading use of the site or program name is prohibited.
Text, photography, design, names, and other materials belong to the association or their lawful rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or commercial use is not permitted.
External sites are managed by their respective operators. A link does not constitute a full guarantee of external content or security.
Content, availability, or functionality may be changed or suspended where necessary for accuracy, safety, or operation.
APPLICATION TERMS
The following matters are not fixed as final conditions at this stage. They will be stated clearly before applications are accepted and applicants will be asked to agree before submission.
PARTICIPATION SAFEGUARDS
Specific conditions and procedures remain subject to coordination, but the final terms will reflect the following safeguards for informed participation.
Eligibility, activities, required participation, assessment principles, and term details will be available before applications are accepted.
Photography, film, writing, and other material will be used only within a stated purpose, medium, period, and scope with the required consent.
Any participant responsibility for travel, accommodation, connectivity, fees, or related costs will be stated before a participation decision is required.
Non-public, personal, and partner information must be protected, while overlapping roles or commercial interests are disclosed in advance.
The final terms will provide a contact route and procedure for pause, withdrawal, or exit due to health, work, study, family, or other circumstances.
Except for urgent safety measures, decisions such as guidance, correction, pause, or exit will follow fact-finding and an opportunity for the person concerned to respond.
If minors are included, age, guardian consent, safeguarding, and image or film conditions will be stated clearly.
